Scootsy is a Mumbai-based intra-city delivery service that delivers food, sweets, bakes, and gifts from the best restaurants, food stores, fashion boutiques, gift shops, beauty stores, and more. We carefully curate the best, so you’re never disappointed. Working with local merchants and businesses enables us to get you what you want at your doorstep. We currently deliver in South Mumbai, Bandra, Andheri East, Andheri West, Powai, Ghatkopar, and Malad, but will be expanding to other areas and cities soon.

- Track your order using our special Scootsy MapTech, which lets you see in real time where your rider is and what time he’ll reach you. Scootsy riders are speedy and visible - their orange outfits make them easily distinguishable as they deliver your order.
- Get personalised recommendations, as Scootsy learns what you like and where you often hang out.

It takes ages for them to answer their customer service helpline. I ordered from China Garden for delivery at 8 30 however they changed my delivery slot to 9 30, all while not informing me via call, text or email. In fact I had to call them in order to realize this information. Currently Im on hold for 9 minutes to speak to a rep... And now they just hung up on me!
If ur waiting for your order. Dont. I ordered food at 7pm and they delivered the wrong order at 830 and took another hour and half to replace it. They have the rudest people ever delivering and the worst customer service who never calls back or knows whats going on. There is terrible miscommunication between the vendors and delivery system. I had chicken delivered at my strictly vegetarian household. They need to get their act together.
Almost never on time. 60 mins is a joke. Easily takes 90 mins to two hours. They wont pick up the phone when you try to call, and you cant cancel an order! Yes, thats right, when the order takes too long you cant just cancel it! They also dont do any refunds for any missing items. Best of luck using them...
Its about time the city got an app like scootsy that makes ones life so much easier and more convenient... you can order anything you want from food to stationary and supplies and have it delivered in under an hour.. To top it off the app is sleek, well designed, and seems to be efficient.. I would recommend it to everyone
